| Q: What is your payment terms and what forms of payment do you accept? |
| alice: For wholesale buyers, 30% (or 50%) deposit via T/T for a 40ft (or 20ft) container when order placed. Balance is requested to pay at sight of copy of original Bill of Landig. For retail buyers, fully payment is requested before delivery arrangement. Our preferred payment is T/T, PayPal (pending: eCheck is preferred), money order and cashiers’ check(USA residences only). Other payment terms would be considerable. Please contact us for details. |

| Q: What about the Packaging & Insurance? |
| FD_Zong: For container wholesale purchase, our standard packing is pearl paper, plastic bubble-wrap,foam sheet and carton paper. For retail purchase, additional cost for crating is requested for minimize any risk of in-transit damage reason. Insurance is optional and costs an additional 5% of the combined selling price and postage/delivery charges in total. |

| Q: What about the Shipping & Delivery? |
| FD_Zong: "We ship internationally, so your ordered items will be shipped to you directly from China
1) For retail items shipped outside USA via LCL (lose container loading), we can ship items to your nearest seaport or to a freight warehouse of local custom of your home city (depends on freight company`s service). You are expected to handle the costs of all customs duty and any excise taxes on your side, as well as, picking up the item. For container wholesale buyers, we can shipping container to your business or door. For the smooth purchase & delivery process, we will offer to you all the necessary documents for domestic customs handling on your side.
2) We ship at least one container to USA every month. For buyers in the USA, items will be delivered to any continental U.S. location or to your residential ‘curb side’ in 6-9 weeks after final payment is made. “Inside’ delivery service” is available at an extra charge with advance notice to the US (lower 48 states only) via Ocean/Ground Freight.
3) Buyers are responsible to externally inspect the packing crate as received from the freight company before signing the delivery receipt and release. Please make sure to mark the inspected damage on the receipt in order to get reimbursement if any internal damage has occurred to the item. The freight company is responsible to make reasonable effort to prevent damage. Extra insurance is advisable." |
